You can download
J2RE from Sun Microsystems Inc's site and use it without paying
a fee. TG can run on J2RE 1.4.2_01 or higher version.
* If you have choosed TG package with J2RE, you don't need to

You can get Oracle JDBC driver from OTN - Oracle Technology Networks - site as a evaluation version. If you will use JDBC Thin driver only, you have to do is download a file - ojdbc14.jar - .
